The Catholic Diocese of Arlington has engaged Partners in Mission School Leadership Search Solutions to manage a national search for the next Head of School at Bishop O'Connell High School.
The candidates they seek will have experience leading academically rigorous curriculums, while demonstrating a comfort and capacity addressing the challenges facing most Catholic schools, specifically in mission-critical areas related to business, finance, enrollment management and advancement initiatives. The next Head of School must have demonstrated proficiency in building and maintaining constituent relationships that will ensure Bishop O'Connell High School's continued success, accessibility, and sustainability.
The Search Committee is on a fast-track to identify and secure its next leader. Candidates are expected to be available to assume the responsibilities of the position in July 2020.
