An additional mentoring & volunteer opportunity is available for rising 10th, 11th, & 12th grade students! LINK (leaders in networking knights) is a program designed to assist our O'Connell transfer students and give opportunities for you to help the new student get to know O'Connell. NHS members can earn hours and this is a great resume booster for college. Please see Ms. Usle or Ms. Stuhlman if you are interested in an application. Applications are due on June 12th.
Attention all students: If you have an “Incomplete” in PowerSchool for your Christian service project, you MUST see Ms. Hogan this week to discuss your project plan. The Christian Service Project is a graduation requirement and you do not want to fall behind!

There is a FINAL Drama Club meeting after school on Thursday, June 4th, in the auditorium. We will be discussing shows, activities and events for next year as well as voting on our new executive board. If you are interested in acting, musicals, tech work, improvisation or comedy shows, please attend this FINAL drama club meeting of the year, Thursday after school in the auditorium.
The Italian American Club is collecting boxes of pasta through Friday, June 5, to donate to the St. James Food Distribution. Please bring in any type of boxed pasta to donate. Collection boxes are located at both Trinidad and Underwood entrances

According to the Student Life Handbook on page 25, “all library materials must be returned and fines paid before a student may take their final exams." Be sure to check the list posted at the library.
As you clean out your lockers, please place any extra supplies you might have in the boxes marked. These supplies will be sent to Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Southwest Virginia and even used right here in Arlington County. Thank you so much for sharing and caring!
