All students arriving to school before 7:20am should go directly to the cafeteria; students should not be in the hallways of the school prior to 7:20am unless they are meeting with a specific teacher.

There will be an informational meeting for all interested students after school today and tomorrow (that’s Wednesday and Thursday) in room 321. Learn how to become an editor or published author by submitting to the student literary magazine (it looks GREAT on college applications!). No experience necessary! The Pep Band is looking for dedicated individuals to play percussion! Do you play the drum set, or want to pick it up again? If so, please stop by the band room after school and talk to Mrs. St. John. Pep Band typically meets on Wednesdays after school until 4:15 with a couple of rehearsals on Thursdays, in addition to the home Varsity Football Games. A complete schedule is available for you if you think you are interested in participating.
The orchestra needs a double bass player! If you play the electric bass and would like to try to learn the double bass, this is a perfect opportunity for you. Have you played a string instrument in the past and would like to try a new stringed instrument? If so, please stop by the band room and talk to Mrs. St. John. A double bass is available for you to use.
The Robotics Club will meet today in Room 235 to nominate new officers for this school year. The meeting will start at 3:15.
The first SCA meeting for all Officers, Councilors, and Moderators will take place today after school in Mr. Glynn’s room (230).
If you are interested in becoming involved with Student Council this year, please consider being an Advisory Representative. SCA needs two awesome students from each Advisory to help with their year-long events. The Welcome Back Dance is this Friday, September 6th. Admission is $5 per person, and the dance will run from 8:00pm – 11:00pm. If it’s not Neon, IT’S NOT ON.
