Congratulations to JJ LaPointe '13 who was named the Capital Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week. LaPointe, a former standout on Bishop O'Connell's cross country team is now a first year runner at Christopher Newport University. He has started out his freshman season with a bang, leading his college team to a victory in their opening meet, the ODAC Preview Meet in Hampden-Sydney, Va.
