Our students are collecting money through their theology classes to support the 19th annual Turkey Blitz. This is a two-week tradition at Bishop O'Connell, spearheaded by Mr. Joe Crivella, to support the Missionaries of Charity in Washington, D.C. Our school's efforts help provide Thanksgiving meals for more than 300 families served by these local Little Sisters of the Poor.
The Turkey Blitz runs through Monday, Nov. 24.
